TR3 TMTestimonials

Feb. 28/08

Hi Folks,
I just wanted to let you know that we have moved to our new farm, Ironhill Equestrian Centre, just west of the original place, where you delivered my TR3 a couple years ago.
We have our new arena up, the footing is in...and the TR3 is working for us overtime. We are moving gravel, spreading sand...it works great!
This spring all the flower beds and gardening have to happen, and I think the TR3 is going to save is thousands in landscaping costs.

Thanks,
Irene & Ron Hill

Dear Allan & Joyce,

On behalf of the Calgary Stampede Department, we would like to extend our sincere appreciation for your outstanding contribution to the 2007 Calgary Stampede Agriculture Shows.

Having the TR3 Rake made maintaining the ground for our exhibitors so much easier and it contributed greatly to the overall success of our shows. An event of the magnitude would not be possible without support form companies like yours.

Again, please accept our sincere thanks and we look foreward to working with you again in 2008!

Best Regards,
Robert Wise

To Whom It May Concern,

As the host to a variety of livestock events throughout the year in addition to the ten day festival in July. As a result the Calgary Stampede staff has to meet the unique demands for arena footing that are generated by a diverse clientele.

Our primary issues are safety for both livestock and the exhibitors and the efficient use of time.

Prior to purchasing the TR3 arena groomer from Sparks Innovations creating the desired footing was an extremely time consuming project. In 2006 with the use of the TR3, staff was able to prepare the arenas in significantly less time allowing for a faster turnover of events in the facilities. The TR3 allows staff to effectively create a hard packed surface for Heavy Horse show teams in the Saddledome and in under and hour create a deeper surface for the Team Cattle Penning competition and be able to change it back very rapidly.

We have found the training and follow-up support of Sparks Innovations to be exceptional.

The Calgary Stampede Agriculture department has gained operating efficiencies and hit exchange over targets for arena footing consistently in the past year.

  • The equipment can easily be operated by staff and training time is very minimal.
  • Maintenance of the TR3 is extremely simple and efficient
  • The TR3 allows staff time efficient adjustment and greater control of the surfaces being created in a variety of venues.

The TR3 is an extremely important component for the Agriculture team and the Calgary Stampede.

Yours truly,
Robert Wise

Hello Allan and Joyce,

After the Mane Event in Chilliwack, I went home with my new Arena Rascal, to give it an indoctrination trial. I bet that I had my ring groomed over and over at least three times with a huge smile on my face, before you could get my check in the bank.
I wanted you to know that the Arena Rascal is the finest piece of Hobby Farm equipment designed for the Equestrian world with sand rings. I have never seen my ring look so great of feel so good to my horse's feet. It took me a few minutes to find the perfect settings with the 3 point hitch, so I could switch between the prongs to loosen the sand and the combs to smooth over but "I have succeeded."
I had 6 tons of chipped rubber dumped rather unevenly on my surface. At first I started to spread it by hand and then I thought, why not try the Arena Rascal. I set the piles so my tractor could them and then proceeded to spread the rubber around. WOW what a great tool.
Who ever designed it needs a medal.

Warmest regards,
Karen MacGregor

Hi Joyce,
I am a little slow answering as very busy right now.
I still love my drag. There are still positions I seem to be discovering.
I really like the rail buster as it is so easy to put on.
The rail kit is now so easy.
The speed it use it makes it worth the money. Ny ring packs and needs to be dragged 2 to 3 times a week.

Thanking you,
Bo Mearns

Allan & Joyce,

Olds Agriculture Society is pleased to provide the following testimonial for the TR3 rake:

"Olds Agriculture Society purchased the TR3 in the spring of 2004 with the intention of improving the footing for our many equine events held in both indoor and outdoor facilities on our grounds. After many years of striving to provide footing for a wide variety of events ranging from cutting to dressage, rodeo and penning, Olds Agriculture Society has received compliments follow virtually every show held in our facilities since the purchase of the TR3. This is very important within a competitive market place."

"The satisfaction of Olds Agriculture Society's equine users would have been reason enough to purchase this amazing implement. However, the TR3's ability to assist with landscape challenges has made it one of the most valuable implements on our grounds. Roadways are levels, potholes filled and grass aerated with ease. I am a huge fan of this machine and would recommend it to anyone."

Conditioning my rings used to be a tedious weekly job until I purchased my TR3 Rake. Now I am 3 times as fast. It is easy for me to hookup and adjust and it is doing a great job! I am finally confident that the footing in the rings is the shape that i want for the clients and my own horses to work on safely.
